The Campaign to Build the Fairfield Museum and History Center
The $6 million campaign to build the Fairfield Museum and History Center has been a community-wide effort lead by citizens, foundations and businesses who believe that through a better understanding of the historical forces that have shaped our local environment, our community will be better able to reflect on the world we experience now, and to participate in creating the future we desire. Designed to be an engaging center for all ages, the Fairfield Museum opened its doors to the public on September 16th, 2007.
More than 92% of the campaign to fund this new museum has been achieved to so far, with less than $450,000 to be raised to complete this exciting project.
We invite you to join us in helping to complete this vital community landmark. Future generations of this community will thank us for what we have done and will celebrate your vision and dedication to Fairfield, just as we celebrate those who have come before us.
Please call our Executive Director Michael Jehle at 203-259-1598 to inquire about funding and naming opportunities, or to arrange a tour.
The Fairfield Museum and History Center is a privately-funded, non-profit educational organization and is not supported by local tax revenues.
