Request Research Service
If you are unable to visit us, or if your project requires professional assistance in excess of our routine reference services, you may request our fee-based Research Service.
To request Research Service, you must submit your request in writing or via email. You will then receive an agreement form that details the associated charges. We start your research upon receipt of the signed agreement form.
Requests are processed in the order in which agreements are received. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your request.

Research fees:
Non-Members: $20.00 per hour or partial hour
Museum Members receive a courtesy balance of 10 hours towards Research Services annually. Thereafter, regular research fees apply.
Photocopies:
Fees are exclusive of photocopying costs. Photocopying fees are:
Non-Members: $.25/page
Museum Members: $.15/page
Please not that due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to provide more than three hours of research at a time. If you would like us to do more research on your project, we ask that you submit a new Research Service request.
